Five Course Redesign Proposal Examples

Applicants to NCAT’s course redesign programs often want to know what level of specificity is expected in final course redesign proposals. The following examples, drawn from different programs, illustrate different ways that institutions have developed the narrative portion of their proposals. (The examples do not include supporting narratives for the various forms and worksheets that are part of the final proposals.) Each has its own strengths and weaknesses, but all represent a thoughtful approach to describing a redesign plan.
