Will the redesign be sustained now that the grant period is over?

The course redesign is in place for the General Chemistry sequence, and no changes are planned or anticipated. Improvements in certain aspects like teaching assistant training have been planned and will continue to be implemented. Several redesign features are under consideration for an additional course called Prep Chem, and the physics department is considering substituting electronic homework for traditional written assignments.
