A block of rooms have been reserved at the Dallas InterContinental. The group rate for the nights of April 23 and 24 is $139 single/double. To make a reservation, call the hotel at (972) 386-6000 and tell them you are with the "NCAT Disciplinary Institute" group. NCAT will cover the cost of transportation, room and tax, for two members of each four person team and will notify the hotel to bill charges for those two team members directly to its master bill. Transportation and other travel related expenses for the same two team members will be reimbursed upon request after the meeting. The hotel deadline for reservations is April 2, 2009.

•   Airport Transportation

The hotel is located approximately 18 miles from the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and approximately 12 miles from Dallas Love Field (DAL) airport.
